Dedicated Sunday counseling for the LGBTQ+ community, individuals on craniofacial (cleft) journeys, and older adults seeking companionship and clarity. Available every Sunday, worldwide.
I am Prabhleen Arora — a Senior Psychologist and Ph.D. Scholar dedicated to providing a specialized safe space for the LGBTQIA+ community, individuals on craniofacial (cleft) journeys, and older adults. With over 3,000 sessions delivered, my practice is rooted in the belief that therapy must be as unique as the identity of the person seeking it.
For the past year and a half, I have collaborated extensively with the Sirat NGO, providing trauma-informed counseling and clinical reporting for diverse and vulnerable populations. This experience, combined with my background as a University Topper and Gold Medallist (M.A. Clinical Psychology), allows me to blend high-level clinical precision with deep social empathy.
My work is specifically designed to address the nuances of surgical fatigue in the cleft community, identity affirmation for queer individuals, and the "Sunday loneliness" often felt by seniors. I bridge the gap between academic research and lived experience to help clients navigate transitions with dignity and resilience.
Whether you are seeking an affirmative space to explore your identity, navigating the emotional weight of medical journeys, or looking for companionship and clarity in your golden years — I am here, every Sunday.
Three core pillars of practice, each delivered with clinical expertise and a deeply personal approach.

Supporting individuals and families navigating the psychological impact of cleft lip/palate—from surgical fatigue and "the gaze" to building radical self-acceptance and resilience.

Sundays used to be the loneliest day for me. Now, they are the day I look forward to most. Prabhleen’s companionship and clinical insight have helped me rediscover my sense of purpose at 72.
